At NOOE, we believe your home should be a sanctuary of perfect design, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original NOOE boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
